 Baseball Pitching  clinic designed to capture baseline athletic data and RAPSODO PITCH PROFILE DATA for PREP PROSPECT LEVEL PITCHERS (AGES 15-18). 
A short small group clinic lasting 1hour, gathering a baseball pitcher's baseline information to help aid in their development as a pitcher.  Each participant will have a performance profile through peak performance network, which will enable them to view and track their personal development. Each player will also receive a hard copy of their results the day of testing event. Below is an tentative example of the testing event. 

1. Testing the following skills
 Broad Jump
 Vertical Jump 
 Grip strength
 Shoulder Flexibility
 Stand and Reach 
 Pro agility
 10 yard sprint 
 Hip Turn Plyo Step
 POP TIME (if space allows) 
 Transfer Time
 Arm velocity

3. GRIP & BIOMECHNICS INSTRUCTION

Please complete your profile before testing event, so that data can be correctly applies to your account. Bring the following items to camp and be ready for a time of learning. 
Workout/Training Attire: Sweats, Shorts and T-shirt/Sweat Shirt or Baseball Uniform
Tennis Shoes/Turfs (No Metal Cleats) 
Glove
Water Bottle
